Client Service Focus

Abbey joins our team with a firm grounding in client services already behind her. While studying Abbey has spent time working in client focussed roles in a law firm and medical practice. This is addition to her experience in hospitality has put her in good stead to respond to client’s needs.

A Career Progression in Finance

Abbey initially joined Empire as our Office Concierge and quickly proved herself to be a valuable, client focussed team member. Her promotion to an Associate Account Manager comes from acquiring hands-on knowledge from her seasoned colleagues, fostering her growth in this space. Her contributions extend to supporting our technical team and advisers, showcasing her determination to embrace every learning opportunity.

Formal Qualifications

Abbey’s motivation to succeed is demonstrated in her dedication to her full-time role at Empire, while also completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, full-time at the University of Notre Dame.
