In his role as a Strategic Financial Adviser at Empire, Aleks provides comprehensive assessments of varied financial situations, assisting clients to manage and extinguish debts, allocate funds for specific purposes to appropriate tax effective vehicles, purchase new investment assets, build and manage investment portfolios and implement suitable estate planning strategies.
Aleks also has considerable experience managing the pre-retirement process, providing clarity and support in retirement utilising comprehensive modelling and scenario testing to tailor investment portfolios for income streams and preservation of significant capital.
Experienced Financial Professional
After emigrating from Zimbabwe and completing his degree in Banking and Finance, Aleks joined a boutique financial services firm providing advice to wealth accumulators requiring assistance with budgeting, debt reduction, tax minimisation, wealth creation, property, superannuation, insurance, retirement planning and self-managed super funds.
With this firm grounding under his belt, Aleks joined the ANZ Bank providing advice to a broad clientele of families, professionals and retirees, eventually transitioning as part of a banking restructure to global financial services provider Zurich, before joining Empire.
Academic Foundation
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Banking and Finance from Curtin University, complimented with an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
