Natalie’s role is focused on the review and ongoing advice services to our client’s existing investment, insurance and superannuation portfolios including Self-Managed Superannuation and GESB West State and Gold State related strategies, ensuring that our strategic advice stays relevant to the ever changing needs and circumstances of our clients.

Professionalism and Experience

Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, commencing work with Westpac, then St. George Bank as a financial planning assistant, providing customer service, and helping advisers with research, insurance quotes and preparation of applications.

Natalie then moved from banking to a boutique financial planning environment, where she could utilise her highly developed customer service and communication skills to assist clients with their financial requirements. Natalie thrived in the role of Client Services Manager where her personable and positive attitude allowed her to develop professional relationships to help people with their finances, and provide the best customer outcomes.

Natalie is a team player and prides herself on her organisational and problem solving skills, as well as having an eye for detail.
