Save Money: Is loyalty to your bank costing you money?

Published The West Australian inside cover, Wednesday 21 April
This British Study looked into the relationship people have with their banks. And surprisingly found that Brits are more likely to change their spouses than switch their bank.

You may not think it’s relevant to you, but in our experience here as Financial Advisors in Perth, we think it sounds about right! We often advocate changing banks to our clients as a way to save money on interest and/or bank charges and fees. And initially many people are reluctant to explore this option, saying that they think there may be some difficulty involved in changing, or that they have ‘always’ been with a particular bank- in some cases for decades.

It’s much easier than changing your spouse- trust us!

We strongly suggest exploring other options in an increasingly competitive banking and lending environment. You may end up saving thousands of dollars as a result!

Just like its important to review your financial strategy and the appropriateness of investment and insurance tools. It’s equally as important to do so with your finance. We have very strong relationships with finance and banking experts, who can review the suitability of your current lending facilities.
