Hello!

Thank you for considering our services at Empire Financial Group. We appreciate your interest in working with us.

Based on the information you’ve shared, we believe we may not be the right fit for your needs. We specialise in providing financial advice to clients with a minimum combined income of $200,000 and a minimum combined investable assets of over $300,000.

Our fees and service proposition in most cases does not provide appropriate value at levels below that.

Taking charge of your finances is really important, and we hope that you can find a financial advisor who can better meet your needs.

If you have additional information you would like us to consider, please feel free to get in contact.

Thank you again for considering our services. We wish you the best of luck in your search for a financial advisor.

Best regards,
Empire Financial Group Team

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where will we meet?

All appointments are made in our private consultation rooms at our East Perth office. We take great pride in providing you with a unique client experience and regularly receive excellent feedback from our clients.

We are centrally located on Brown Street, which runs both east and west so please ensure you turn onto the east-side (river side), with the closest landmark being the Chinese Consulate on the corner. The Google Maps link above will give you an image of our building to help you become more familiarised with our premises.

Our building is a modern mixed use building, meaning we have both offices and apartments in it. During offices hours the front doors are open and there is no need to buzz into our office for entry. Simply walk in, head to the end of the corridor, and you’ll find the lift. Take it up to the first floor and you’ll find us to the left.

There is an abundance of street parking with machines taking both coins and credit cards. There is also a Yellow Cat Bus service and the Claisebrook Train Station, both only five minutes walk away. Before or after your meeting you may like to visit an array of various cafes, bars, shops and amenities all within a short walking distance from our office.

2. How long will my consultation take?

This will vary depending on the complexity of your situation. We like to allow up to one and a half hours to ensure we can give your unique situation the attention it deserves.

3. Should my partner also attend this meeting?

Absolutely – it is in fact our preference. In our experience, each partner has different needs and roles to play when it comes to discussing financial goals. Our comprehensive process takes into account both partner’s requirements to ensure we provide you with the most strategic financial advice.

4. Does this cost anything?

This consultation is completely at our cost. This is purely a fact-finding exercise for us to ascertain if we can assist you with your financial needs. At the end of this initial meeting, if you agree to proceed further, your adviser will discuss costs for our fee-for-service advice based on your individual requirements.

5. Do I need to bring anything?

We encourage you to consider and have a basic idea of your current financial position and financial goals. Whilst it isn’t absolutely necessary, these are some things you may wish to bring with you to help us better understand your current financial situation:

  • Last Financial Year tax return/s
  • Details of any assets you hold, including superannuation statements, shares, property, managed funds or cash accounts
  • Details of any debts you may have
  • Details of any insurances you hold
