Intergenerational Wealth-Estate Planning Seminar

According to recently released reports from Bankwest and Goldman Sachs JBWere, the next 20 years will see the largest transfer of intergenerational wealth in Australian history. Ensuring that the right amount of money goes to the right people, at the right time, and in the most tax efficient way is of paramount importance when considering the value of assets being passed down. Bankwest estimates that $400 billion dollars worth of housing alone will pass to another generation in the next 15 years!

It is no surprise then that our seminar based on Estate Planning and Intergeneration Wealth was so popular. Held on the 16th of February 2011 at City West Receptions in West Perth the evening showcased a host of guest speakers which included Matt Manning – Technical Adviser from Securitor, Sukhwant Singh – Lawyer from Magister Legal and to round off the night Monique Le Roux – State Manager for WA from AIA. The complexities of Estate Planning, and particularly those surrounding modern living arrangement such as de-facto and blended families, were covered and explained to those present.

The evening was well attended with in excess of 70 of our valued clients and their guests, and was hailed by all to be a most interesting, informative and entertaining night.
